Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistant
Are you a Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistant with SEMH experience looking for a new challenge? I am currently recruiting for a SEND and SEMH school in Liverpool that are looking to appoint a one to one Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistant with behaviour or SEMH experience.
The position is long term with a view to go permanent for the right person. This role i full time. As a one to one Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistant you will be working alongside the class teacher and other TA's supporting students with everyday school life, however, there will be times that you will need to be supporting children on a one to one and small groups bases independently. You will be a source of support for students and will ensure they are motivated, happy and engaged.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistant you will:
- Be resilient
- Be able to demonstrate empathy
- Have a passion to change young people's lives for the better
- Have a Team Teach Trained certificate dated within the past two years
- Have an understanding of Social, Emotional and Mental Health Issues
