The Role: Offering 1:1 and small group support to students with special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and other learning challenges. Assisting students in building confidence and independence in their learning journey. Supporting teachers in delivering tailored learning plans and activities. Promoting positive behaviours and engagement in and outside the classroom. About You: Were looking for someone who: Has experience working with children or young people with additional learning needs in an educational or care setting. Is patient, empathetic, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills. Can remain calm under pressure and demonstrate resilience. Holds relevant qualifications or experience (desirable but not essential).
