Are you a dedicated and passionate educator ready to make a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic SEN Primary Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school in the Liverpool area.
About the Role:
- Position: SEN Primary Teacher
- Start Date: Immediate start or as soon as possible
- Contract Type: Full-time, temporary (with potential for extension or permanency)
- Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
In this role, you will:
- Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils with SEN.
- Foster an inclusive and nurturing environment that supports both academic and personal growth.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
- Assess and monitor progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual education plans (IEPs).
About You:To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching pupils with SEN, ideally in a primary setting.
- A deep understanding of SEND frameworks and strategies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
