The Role: Providing 1:1 and group support to students with behavioural and emotional needs. Supporting students both in and outside the classroom to engage positively in their learning. Implementing strategies to manage challenging behaviours and promote emotional regulation. Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create a positive learning environment. About You: The ideal candidate will: Have prior experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs in a school, care, or youth work setting. Hold relevant qualifications or experience in behaviour support (desirable but not essential).
