Behaviour Support Worker Immediate Start Location: Crosby, Liverpool Pay Rate: GBP95+ per day Start Date: ASAP Prospero Teaching is seeking a passionate and experienced Behaviour Support Worker to join a supportive school in Crosby, Liverpool. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience working with students with behavioural needs and are dedicated to making a positive impact on their educational journey. The Role: Providing 1:1 and group support to students with behavioural and emotional needs. Supporting students both in and outside the classroom to engage positively in their learning. Implementing strategies to manage challenging behaviours and promote emotional regulation. Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create a positive learning environment. About You: The ideal candidate will: Have prior experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs in a school, care, or youth work setting. Be calm, patient, and resilient, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Possess a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges. Hold relevant qualifications or experience in behaviour support (desirable but not essential).
