We are seeking a dedicated Key Stage 1 SEN Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school with a strong commitment to nurturing every child's potential. The Role- Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of SEN pupils in Key Stage 1.
- Collaborate closely with the SENCO, teaching assistants, and external specialists to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring all pupils feel valued and supported.
- Monitor and assess progress, adapting teaching strategies to ensure every child achieves their potential.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
- A proven track record of working with children with a range of special educational needs.
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
