We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Specialist Teacher for a full-time position in a supportive SEND setting in Liverpool L15.
The role involves providing tailored educational support to students with various special educational needs.
The salary ranges from £130 to £160 per day, depending on experience, and the position requires full-time commitment from Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities include planning individualized learning plans, supporting students' development, and collaborating with staff and external agencies.
Candidates should possess patience, adaptability, strong communication skills, and creativity to effectively engage with students.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver individualised learning plans to meet the diverse needs of students with SEND
Support student's academic, social, and emotional development
Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and other staff to ensure a consistent and inclusive approach
Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies where necessary
Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment
Engage with parents/carers to communicate progress and address concerns
Liaise with external agencies, such as therapists and educational psychologists, to provide holistic support
