At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Excellent Opportunity for a Retail Assistant to join agreat family run company in the Liverpool area must have experience working with Jewellery Sales.Salary: up to £25,500 Depending on ExperienceHolidays: 25 days & Bank HolidaysLocation: Oldswan Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, 5 days a week (including Saturdays)Main Responsibilities to Include:
- Customer Service Excellence: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring the best experience.
- Jewellery & Pawnbroking Sales: Leverage your expertise in jewellery sales and pawnbroking services to drive growth.
- Store Presentation: Creative input for eye-catching window displays and store setup.
- Team Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Flexible: Adapt to changes in working hours and days off.
- Cleanliness & Stocking: Ensure the store remains tidy, and assist with stock management.
- IT & Marketing: Use social media and IT skills to engage customers and promote the business online.
- Upselling & Revenue Growth: Confidently up-sell products and services to enhance business performance.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Retail Experience: Proven experience in retail jewellery sales and/or pawn broking experience.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Punctual & Reliable: A dependable team player.
- Flexibility & Initiative: Ready to tackle any challenge and adapt to the business's needs.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in IT and social media to help drive marketing efforts.
