- Customer Service Excellence: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring the best experience.
- Jewellery & Pawnbroking Sales: Leverage your expertise in jewellery sales and pawnbroking services to drive growth.
- Store Presentation: Creative input for eye-catching window displays and store setup.
- Team Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Flexible: Adapt to changes in working hours and days off.
- Cleanliness & Stocking: Ensure the store remains tidy, and assist with stock management.
- IT & Marketing: Use social media and IT skills to engage customers and promote the business online.
- Upselling & Revenue Growth: Confidently up-sell products and services to enhance business performance.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Retail Experience: Proven experience in retail jewellery sales and/or pawn broking experience.
