Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Promoting and selling products and services to new customers
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
  • Customer quotations, price negotiations and understanding customer needs
  • Perform targeted outbound campaigns to promote the business
  • Work closely with other internal business functions to achieve results
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquires
  • Update and maintenance of CRM with customer contact details
  • Support customers visiting Dams Showroom
  • Keeping up to date with products and catalogue updates
  • Work with management on sales analysis of key clients to identify sales opportunities

Experience and skills required:

  • Sales knowledge with demonstrable success in similar role (essential)
  • Experience in furniture sales (an advantage)
  • Commercial acumen coupled with a business development track record
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate and skilled in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Self-driven, results-oriented and able to work well under pressure
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
