What you'll do:
As a Procurement Analyst, your role will be pivotal and will:
- Provide analytical, administration, and assurance/oversight activities in support of the Group-wide Procurement framework.
- Offer guidance and support to colleagues on all aspects of the procurement process.
- Create management information for senior management.
- Maintain the third-party contract database/tool.
- Support policy and process roll-out across all business areas.
- Deliver training and awareness activities to ensure understanding and adherence to procurement processes.
- Perform assurance activities and analytical assessment of procurement and supplier management processes across the Group.
What you bring:
- Proficiency in MS Office suite for creating reporting dashboards and status reports.
- Ability to interrogate data for meaningful interpretation and output.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop, build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of database administration.
- Experience in a procurement/supplier management/finance/accounts payable role.
