What you'll do:

As a Procurement Analyst, your role will be pivotal and will:

  • Provide analytical, administration, and assurance/oversight activities in support of the Group-wide Procurement framework.
  • Offer guidance and support to colleagues on all aspects of the procurement process.
  • Create management information for senior management.
  • Maintain the third-party contract database/tool.
  • Support policy and process roll-out across all business areas.
  • Deliver training and awareness activities to ensure understanding and adherence to procurement processes.
  • Perform assurance activities and analytical assessment of procurement and supplier management processes across the Group.

What you bring:

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite for creating reporting dashboards and status reports.
  • Ability to interrogate data for meaningful interpretation and output.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop, build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of database administration.
  • Experience in a procurement/supplier management/finance/accounts payable role.
