This is a brand new opportunity to join an exciting production team providing first class administration support!

Responsibilities for a Supply Chain Administrator (but not limited to)

  • Proficient in working on a SAGE-based system, preferred but not essential
  • Working within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent Word and Excel proficiency
  • Ideally have experience within a Production/Manufacturing role
  • Liaising with suppliers chasing orders
  • Generation of company reports to aid monitoring of production.
  • Must demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to move between roles in order to fulfil critical business needs
  • Liaising with internal and external departments, workshops and suppliers
  • Experience of production timeframes and workflow
  • Timeline and calendars of work management
  • Accurate data inputting
  • Experience of working with multi-currency
Hours of Work:

Full time office based 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Supply Chain Administrator Requirements:
  • Confident communication skills, including spoken and written are essential for this role
  • High-level of organisational skills and time-management is vital
  • The ability to fully utilise Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Demonstrates initiative and has a commercial mindset
  • Dynamic and pro-active attitude
