Supply Chain AnalystBased in LiverpoolContract role for 12 monthsPay rate up to £20.00 per hour (depending on experience)Search Consultancy are currently working with one of our clients in the Pharmaceutical space to recruit this role on a contract basis for one year.The successful candidate will be responsible for oversight of the Supplier Onboarding process, ensuring that all new supplier applications are vetted & processed and that onboarding records & documentation are obtained & retained.Duties involved in this role will include:* Day to day management of the Supplier Onboarding function, including the full onboarding lifecycle from application to authorisation, including the line management of 3 onboarding specialists* Performing the day to day routine onboarding duties as part of the team, as well as approving work done by the wider team* Updating existing supplier records, ensuring amendments are carried out correctly* Ensuring adherence to the company's procurement policy, challenging any new supplier requests where appropriate* Building positive relationships with the wider business & team members * Working to roll out continuous improvements to the onboarding processIn order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:* Extensive prior experience within supplier onboarding, preferably from within a pharmaceutical or scientific background* People management or leadership experience * Excellent attention to detail and an analytical approach to onboarding* Excellent system skillsIf this is the role for you, apply now!Please note that only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.
