A leading M&E company is currently on the lookout for a Mechanical & Electrical Planner. The successful candidate will work from the head office in Liverpool and will be required to visit construction projects across the North West.
Important Details:
- Full-time: Dependent on the experience
- Location: Liverpool, with site visits across the North West
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8am to 5pm
- Friday: 8am to 4pm
- 45-minute lunch break
- Parking: Available on-site

Duties:
- Develop and manage design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and finishing programmes.
- Collaborate with Pre-Construction, Design, Operations, Commissioning Engineers, Supply Chain partners, and customer Planning Teams.
- Monitor live project progress, working closely with site teams and highlighting areas of concern to the Operations Team.
- Take proactive actions to mitigate potential issues, ensuring smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience in M&E planning is preferred, though candidates with strong construction planning backgrounds may also be considered.
- Proficient in project management and planning software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across different departments and with external stakeholders.
