IT Service Delivery Analyst (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Liverpool - 50/50 hybrid split

We are seeking a dedicated IT Service Delivery Analyst to join a dynamic Service Delivery team within a financial services organisation. This role is crucial in supporting the Service Delivery Manager and IT Support Teams, focusing on report production, IT Change Management, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities include

  • Supporting service delivery teams in recording and managing incidents and service requests.
  • Conducting reviews and implementing service improvement measures.
  • Overseeing IT Change Management and chairing CAB meetings.
  • Producing and distributing various IT reports.
  • Collaborating with Configuration, Problem, and Change Management teams.
  • Managing software licenses and procurement processes.

Skills/experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in ITSM tools, ITIL and Power BI.
