Senior Product Designer - Web/Mobile - Liverpool
I’m working with a hugely ambitious FS provider, as they continue to action on their progressive growth strategy. Digital is at the forefront of their agenda. They embarked on a digital maturity journey 18 months ago, and are making huge strides in becoming the known brand for digital excellence. The business operates across a number of web sites and mobile applications and they are now looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the function, to assist in improved customer journey. The role is pivotal in the conversion, retention and engagement of consumers. You’ll come from a diverse design background that will have covered UI & UX. Experience of managing (building would be wonderful) design systems and adherence to design best practice would be great for the role. You’ll have experience operating across web and mobile, in a B2C environment (regulated industry would be great) and be comfortable operating and leading projects with autonomy. You’ll be launching new products, improving journey flows and working collaboratively with a broader Agile team to deliver best in class products. There’s scope to engage in leadership here, and so any experience of mentoring designers would be a huge asset. The business operates on a 50/50 model for onsite/at home working, and so ability to get to Liverpool is a must. The role is paying £70,000 plus excellent benefits.
