Our client is a large property services client based in Merseyside.
They specialise in refurb and maintenance and void projects for housing associations across Merseyside.
Due to a busy work load, they are looking to recruit a multi-skilled joiner on a temporary basis.
To be considered
- You must have an NVQ or equvelant in Joinery
- Be able to carry out other trades such as plastering, plumbing and tiling.
- Able to drive and have a full UK driving licence
- Worked within the social housing sector.
Job
- You are required to work within the responsive repairs team. You will be given a PDA which will have allocated jobs on for you to complete throughout the day, going to different tenanted properties.
- You be asked to completed Joinery, plumbing or plastering jobs.
