Eden Brown are recruiting a permanent Assessor/Lecturer in Motor Vehicle on behalf of a leading college in Merseyside.
This is a permanent role where the role will be split between assessing, remotely, and lecturing on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons and practical training to students studying motor vehicle engineering.
* Assess and grade student's work, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their potential.
* Develop and update course materials to ensure they reflect the latest industry standards and innovations.
* Support and mentor students in their academic and practical development.
* Maintain and improve relationships with employers and industry professionals to ensure the curriculum meets current needs.
Essential Criteria:
* A relevant motor vehicle qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
* Assessor qualifications (e.g., CAVA, TAQA, A1 or D32/D33) or a commitment to achieving this.
* Proven experience in the motor vehicle industry
* Previous teaching or training experienced helping students develop their skills and careers.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
