Role: Lecturer in Creative Media Location: Merseyside Type: temporary rate of pay: £30 - £35 per hour Eden Brown are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Lecturer in Creative Media on behalf of a leading Further Education College in Merseyside. This is a full time temporary role to start as soon as possible although part time will also be considered. The role is to teach and guide Level 3 students. You will deliver dynamic and engaging lessons in areas such as game development, animation, interactive media, and digital design. You will also play a key role in developing course content, assessing student work, and fostering an environment where creativity and technical skills come together. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging and interactive lessons on Creative Media and Games Design, focusing on Level 3 curriculum requirements. * Support students in developing strong portfolios and preparing for higher education or careers in the creative industries. What We're Looking For: * Relevant degree or qualification in Creative Media, Games Design, or a related field. * Teaching qualification preferred not essential (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) * Industry experience in games design, animation, or digital media production (preferred) * Proficiency in industry-standard software * Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire learners. * A passion for creativity, technology, and education, with a commitment to supporting student growth. * Experience working with Level 3 learners or similar age groups is desirable.
