My market-leading client is seeking an experienced Head of Learning and Development to design, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development programs within the organisation. This key role will play a critical part in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development across all levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of learning and development professionals, offering guidance and support.
  • Oversee the learning and development budget to ensure efficient use of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Human Resources or related degree. (minimum CIPD level 5)
  • Proven leadership experience in learning and development.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to fostering a culture of development within the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders.
