About the Role:
My market-leading client is seeking an experienced Head of Learning and Development to design, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development programs within the organisation. This key role will play a critical part in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development across all levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a learning and development strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives.
- Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Develop and deliver effective training programs to boost employee skills and performance.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning throughout the organization.
- Supervise a team of learning and development professionals, offering guidance and support.
- Oversee the learning and development budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
Qualifications:
- Human Resources or related degree. (minimum CIPD level 5)
- Proven leadership experience in learning and development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to fostering a culture of development within the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders.
