Your new companyYou will be contributing to the success of a leading and award-winning international professional services organisation who provides comprehensive services across various sectors.My client is embarking on an exciting rebrand project, including a digital presence overhaul. They are seeking a Senior Web Manager to lead this critical initiative.Your new roleReporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will ensure their digital presence aligns with their new brand identity, providing an engaging online experience.

  • Lead the website rebuild in collaboration with senior stakeholders and a 3rd party agency.
  • Manage the web team, overseeing deliverables and development plans.
  • Develop and execute UAT plans to meet internal and user needs.
  • Maintain the website via CMS with digital agencies.
  • Manage and enforce website permissions and processes.
  • Oversee web service and support requests, ensuring best practices within agreed SLAs.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience managing and developing websites.
  • Experience with Drupal and Umbraco.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience managing 3rd party agency relationships.
  • Minimum of 3 years website management experience.
  • Working knowledge of SEO.
  • Well-practiced in UAT.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
