Bid Writer Permanent - Liverpool up to £40k

Our client, a family-run organisation within the energy sector are recruiting for an experienced Bid Writer with a proven contract-winning background. The company have demonstrated continued growth over the last few years and are needing someone to drive forward effective bid management through identifying, delivering, preparing and coordinating all bids. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a crucial role to the business and has real opportunities for progression.

Duties:

  • Creating high quality and persuasive bids, proposals and tenders
  • Identifying tender opportunities using online portals and framework information
  • Attending pre-tender meetings and pre-submission review meetings
  • Gathering of bid information and preparation of all bid paperwork
  • Coordinating cohesive bids from start to finish and managing strict tender schedules
  • Prioritising tasks effectively to ensure submission deadlines are adhered to
  • Utilising Bid Management software and the Microsoft Office Suite to gather and analyse data

Working Hours:

9am-5pm (Monday-Friday)

Do you have 2 years plus Bids/Tenders experience or a Degree in a relevant field? (e.g. construction, business management or environmental science) Are you looking to develop your skills in a newly created role which gives the scope to suggest ideas and make the role your own?
