Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (37.25hrs p/week)
Salary: 40-45K PA

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
Be the Quality Champion - Lead the charge in ensuring our products meet the highest industry standards.
Solve Problems Like a Pro - Use your root cause analysis and problem-solving skills (think 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and FMEA) to identify and eliminate quality issues before they happen.
Data, Data, Data! - Monitor key quality metrics, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement projects. Cross-Team Collaboration - Work closely with Production, Engineering, and other departments to ensure a zero-defect culture across the site.
ISO 9001 & Compliance Guru - Keep our
Quality Management System up to date and aligned with industry regulations.
Expand Your Horizons - Occasional travel to European & Global sites (approx. 5%) to collaborate on best practices.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, or Process Improvement
Strong knowledge of quality tools (P/FMEA, SPC, Gauge R&R, Capability Studies, etc.)
Passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
Excellent communication & influencing skills - you'll be working with teams across the business!
