Shift Pattern: No boring shifts here, our client keeps it exciting with a 4-on, 4-off schedule: two days, two nights, then four days to recharge. Shifts start at 7am or 7pm, so you'll get a great mix of time off and top-tier earnings, even on weekends and nights!About the Role: As a Control Machine Operator at our clients Liversedge manufacturing site, you'll be a vital part of the production process, working alongside a team of skilled operators in a unionized, team-driven environment.Here, it's not just about getting the job done - it's about doing it with excellence, every shift. You'll own your designated process area, managing product changeovers, ensuring smooth start-ups, and performing safe shutdowns with precision and pride.Why This Role Rocks: This is a hands-on, action-packed role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow.
