Overtime at Awesome Rates: 1.5x on weekdays, 2x on weekends, PLUS a 135 weekend bonus just for showing up!
This is for an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract, which could result in a permanent role however there is no guarantee.
Shift Pattern: No boring shifts here, our client keeps it exciting with a 4-on, 4-off schedule: two days, two nights, then four days to recharge. Shifts start at 7am or 7pm, so you'll get a great mix of time off and top-tier earnings, even on weekends and nights!
About the Role: As a Control Machine Operator at our clients Liversedge manufacturing site, you'll be a vital part of the production process, working alongside a team of skilled operators in a unionized, team-driven environment.
Here, it's not just about getting the job done - it's about doing it with excellence, every shift. You'll own your designated process area, managing product changeovers, ensuring smooth start-ups, and performing safe shutdowns with precision and pride.
