~We are a small to medium sized Company with a total workforce of 50 People.

We are based in West Yorkshire, with workshops, offices and 9no. fully kitted out vehicles, which service the UK Nationwide.

We design, manufacture and install specialist Architectural metalwork in mild steel and Stainless steel and have CE Accreditation for all our products.

We currently turn over approx. £5m with a view to expanding this to £6m over the next two years, we have a healthy order book with works secured for 2025 and a good loyal client base.

We now require an experienced 'hands on’ Contracts Manager who must have experience in the construction industry, with a sound knowledge of Construction Contracts and legal requirements. As well as being able to plan and coordinate with an experienced team of contract managers and site supervisors.

Knowledge of metalwork / structural steel is essential as this person will also be expected to liaise with clients, run projects autonomously and attend meetings/ surveying nationwide.

This person must have good communication skills along with good computer skills in Microsoft Office suite and spreadsheets and a professional manner.

Candidate must hold a valid driving license.

You must also be used to working under pressure delivering contracts to tight programmes/deadlines and within budget.
