We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer with a proven track record of delivering impactful CI projects. This is not just about providing technical support-it's about taking the lead and driving projects that result in meaningful improvements across our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver Continuous Improvement (CI) projects across various departments to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the manufacturing process and implement solutions.
- Use Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to reduce waste, improve processes, and optimize operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Monitor, measure, and report on project performance, ensuring that CI initiatives meet objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering CI projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in a similar role-this is not suitable for recent graduates.
- Strong knowledge of CI methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other related tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive mindset, capable of identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions effectively.
