This role goes beyond technical support-you will take the lead in driving initiatives that significantly enhance our manufacturing processes.Joining our clients well-established manufacturing organisation, you will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, a comprehensive benefits package, and a bonus scheme.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver Continuous Improvement (CI) projects across various departments to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within the manufacturing process and implement effective solutions.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to reduce waste, improve processes, and optimize operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on project performance, ensuring CI initiatives meet set objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering CI projects within a manufacturing environment.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in a similar role-this position is not suitable for recent graduates.
  • Strong knowledge of CI methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and related tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions effectively.
