TeacherActive is excited to be working with a lovely secondary school in Wakefield who are looking to recruit a qualified Geography Teacher (ECT) to support the learning and development of their KS3 & KS4 students. The school is looking for a teacher with experience or an ECT who can create engaging and innovative lesson plans, demonstrate effective teaching practices and strong behaviour management skills. The school have team of highly experienced teachers within a high-specification school. You will be working collaboratively with students to deliver outstanding theory and practical lessons.
This is a full-time role in which you will be expected to deliver well-planned lessons and have a strong behaviour management style. The school’s vision is to develop well-rounded students through a balanced curriculum and requires a energetic teacher who can think on their feet and tailor their lessons to the needs of the pupils.
