Job Title: Management Accountant
Search are supporting the recruitment of a Management Accountant in our client's Livingston office. If you are a part-qualified accountant and a confident communicator looking to join a supportive team, you would be encouraged to apply.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintain and improve financial records and reports.
* Prepare and analyse financial statements.
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
* Conduct variance analysis and cost control.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Support month-end and year-end close processes.
* Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights.
* Assist with internal and external audits.
Key skills & experience you'll ideally have:
* Proven experience in accountancy with strong numerical and IT skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Demonstrably effective communication skills.
