�? About the Role:
- Assist customers by providing parking directions and support.
- Offer exceptional customer service in a busy and dynamic atmosphere.
- Be the friendly face that helps create a positive and seamless shopping experience.
- Manage sign-in and sign-out process for parking attendants.
- Distribute and collect uniforms at the start and end of shifts.
- Assign work areas within the parking lot.
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
- Address any issues effectively with the store manager.
- Request completion of a daily survey to evaluate service delivery by you and your team
- Guide traffic and support customers as they enter and exit the car park.
- Assist customers with finding available parking spaces and provide guidance when necessary.
- Ensure the car park operates efficiently, ensuring vehicles are parked correctly and in allocated spaces.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring the car park is free from debris and hazards.
- Utilise a mobile app to collect and record data related to the car park operations.
- Report any maintenance or security issues promptly to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide assistance and support to other members of the team as needed.

Sunday 15th Dec - 10am to 6pm
Friday 20th Dec - 10am to 6pm
Saturday 21st Dec - 10am to 6pm
Sunday 22nd Dec - 10am to 6pm
Monday 23rd Dec - 9am to 6pm
Tuesday 24th Dec - 9am to 2pm
