Salary: Circa £44,500 + Door-to-Door Travel Paid
Are you a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer looking to work on long-term, stable contracts at prestigious sites? Join a leading mechanical contractor working across hospitals, prisons, and universities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform gas PPM works, installations, and gas testing.
- Diagnose and react to breakdowns of various gas-fired and heating appliances, including boilers, burners, hot water systems, and associated plant/equipment.
- Ensure high standards of servicing, maintenance, and repair.
- ACS Commercial Gas Certification: Minimum of COCN1, CORT1, CIGA1, ICPN1, and TPCP1A.
- Strong technical skills with extensive experience in commercial fault-finding.
- Proficiency in all aspects of commercial gas servicing and maintenance.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently and within a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Successful candidates will require Disclosure/Police checks.
- Salary: Circa £44,500.
- Travel: Door-to-door travel paid.
- Holidays: 30 days (including public holidays).
- Hours: 39-hour week (Mon-Thurs: 08:00-16:30, Fri: 08:00-15:30). Overtime paid beyond these hours.
