Internal Account Manager

Up to £32,000 DOE, plus bonus

We are recruiting for a Desk-based Sales Account Manager role with our client in Livingston, who are part of a huge group who do business all over the UK as well as internationally.

For this B2B Sales Executive position they are looking for someone who already has good and proven experience in sales. With them you would be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing and new business accounts UK-wide, over the phone and by email, and maintaining and further developing relationships with them.

You would be looked upon to gain continued and additional orders from your accounts, effectively deal with any general enquiries that your customers may have, and ultimately retaining their business. The split on existing and new customers is approximately 80% existing business and 20% new business, and you would also be looked upon to reactivate dormant accounts with companies who have previously bought from the business in the past.

This is a fantastic role with an exceptional company who are a leading name within their sector. The starting basic salary would be up to around £32,000, depending on experience, and you can also earn another 15% - 20% of your salary through sales commission (paid quarterly)

Some of the sales team members who have been with the company for a while and who are proven with them are now on basic salaries of between 40k - 50k, so there is certainly very realistic scope to also increase your baseline pay with the company. Please also note that this position is completely office based in Livingston.
