Theyre recruiting an experienced Plumber to join their growing installation team, focussed on Air Source Heat Pumps. This role is perfect for a motivated professional eager to develop their career, with a clear pathway into a leadership position and eventual transition to an office-based role.
What Youll Do:
- Install and connect pipework for heating systems, radiators, underfloor heating, and unvented cylinders.
- Mentor and train team members while maintaining high installation standards.
- Gain expertise in renewable energy systems.
What Were Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 Plumbing & Heating and G3 Unvented Certification (or significant experience installing unvented cylinders)
- Leadership potential and a passion for learning.
