We require an experienced Project Manager - Appointed Person to work for a leading Modular Contractor within their hire division. The company supply a wide range of modular building solutions for hire and sale. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager, preferably from a construction background and with an appointed person qualification. Proven ability to manage and deliver high value projects on time and to specification.

The Project Manager - Appointed Person role:

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing project delivery, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring successful outcomes. From initial planning to handover, you will manage all project aspects, coordinate labour resources, and maintain high standards of health and safety. Your focus will be on effective communication, supervision of staff and subcontractors, and prompt resolution of customer issues. Ultimately, your goal is to deliver quality projects, uphold customer satisfaction, and uphold the company's reputation.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Substantial Project Management Experience: Demonstrated track record in project management, showcasing your ability to successfully plan, execute, and deliver projects with excellence.
  • Appointed Person Qualification: Holding an Appointed Person qualification is essential, highlighting your expertise in overseeing and coordinating complex projects while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven ability to effectively manage and deliver high-value projects within specified timelines and to exacting specifications, demonstrating your commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, enabling you to effectively utilise these tools for project planning, communication, and documentation.
