Brightwork are supporting our client with the recruitment of a fully remote working, German speaking Customer Experience Advisor to join their Customer Excellence team covering a period of maternity leave.
This role offers flexible working hours through the day (morning, afternoon, evening), working 37.5 hours per week with occasional weekend work. This is a fully remote role with immediate start available.
Duties will include:
- Operating internal operating system to perform refunds, arranging replacements, tracking orders and reviewing status of products
- Resolving customer queries in an effective and efficient manner
- Working with colleagues across various departments within the business to resolve customer issues
- Responding and communicating with customers in a helpful and personable manner.
- Provide support and mentoring to colleagues, assisting with issues and working as a team
The successful candidate:
- Experience within a similar customer service/experience position
- Computer literate with Microsoft packages. (experience of Kustomer, Mintsoft, Shopify is advantageous)
- Excellent written English & German communication skills
- Ability to manage your own time whilst working from home ensuring daily targets are met.
