Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through the mortgage application process with professionalism and empathy.THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS:· Excellent customer service skills· Resolve client issues and escalate complex cases to senior team members as needed.· Proactively keep in touch with clients · Planning and organising workload effectively to meet client expectations· Achieve daily, weekly, monthly objectives & KPIs as set by your Manager· Ensure client data, is dealt with, securely & accurately in line with company standards and General Data Protection Regulation· Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless client experience
