In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their mortgage journey. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through the mortgage application process with professionalism and empathy.THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS:· Excellent customer service skills· Resolve client issues and escalate complex cases to senior team members as needed.· Proactively keep in touch with clients · Planning and organising workload effectively to meet client expectations· Achieve daily, weekly, monthly objectives & KPIs as set by your Manager· Ensure client data, is dealt with, securely & accurately in line with company standards and General Data Protection Regulation· Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless client experience
