As a Customer Service Admin, you will be the first point of contact for residents and prospective residents, ensuring that their enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Record all resident enquiries, complaints, and requests accurately and in a timely manner
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly
  • Provide information to residents about their tenancy agreements, property maintenance, and other related matters
  • Liaise with different departments within the organisation to resolve resident issues effectively
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records in the database
