REED Business Support are pleased to be working with one of the largest housing associations in Edinburgh, who are looking to recruit a 'Customer Service Advisor' on a temporary basis. Working in the office, you will be responsible for reporting into the Customer Service Manager and assisting the team with various customer and client related assignments.
This is an interesting role working within a highly developed organisation who does great work throughout Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to Inquiries: Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing information about housing services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolving Issues: Addressing and resolving tenant complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Providing Support: Assisting tenants with applications, rent payments, and other administrative tasks, offering guidance and support throughout the process.
What we're looking for:
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous experience within the Housing/Property Sector (Not essential but desirable)
- Good level of admin skill
- Solid IT skills particularly MS Office
