STEM recruitment solutions have a great opportunity for an Electrically Biased Engineer to work for their highly acclaimed client in the West Lothian area.
You will be supporting the busy manufacturing environment to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible covering Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6am to 6pm.
- Performreactive maintenanceto promptly troubleshoot and resolve issues, minimizing production downtime.
- Executeplanned preventative maintenance (PPM)schedules, ensuring optimal equipment performance and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Diagnose and repairElectrical, and basic mechanical faultsacross production equipment with precision and efficiency.
- Contribute toprocess improvement projects, applying technical expertise to enhance productivity and operational reliability.
About You
- Proven experience in amanufacturing maintenance environment, with a strong electrical bias or a multi-skilled background (holding electrical qualifications).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair complex production equipment.
- Familiarity with PPM schedules and proactive maintenance strategies.
- A collaborative mindset, ready to tackle diverse challenges and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
