Production Operator

Salary dependant upon experience

Acorn by Synergie is seeking a Production Operator for our client based in Livingstone. No previous experience is required-just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided, this is a permanent position.

Role Overview: Working on-site at our client's facility, you will support the ink production process by handling materials and moving products to and from machines in the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispense ink according to the daily production schedule.
  • Transport products between machines as needed.
  • Organise press returns by grouping similar colours.
  • File and organise delivery notes.
  • Log new deliveries into the management system.
  • Clean buckets using the designated wash station.
  • Assist with monthly stock counts.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the facility.

Requirements:

  • Good colour vision and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • This is a physically demanding role that involves repeated lifting, pushing, and pulling of ink buckets weighing up to 20kg.

Working Hours:

  • Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:00 (Monday to Friday)
  • Back Shift: 14:00 - 22:00 (Monday to Thursday)
  • Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00 (Sunday to Thursday)
