Job PurposeAs a Partner Designate, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and success for both clients and the firm. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing, developing, and growing a diverse client portfolio, acting as a trusted business advisor for technically complex clients
- Delivering high-quality service with a focus on risk management and adopting digital tools for efficiency
- Inspiring and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture, and developing future leaders
- Leading business development initiatives, building a strong pipeline, and promoting cross-service collaboration
- Strengthening client relationships through tailored solutions and proactive networking
- Driving strategic initiatives to enhance firm growth, pricing work effectively, and maintaining healthy margins
- Overseeing WIP, debtors, and risk exposure, contributing to the firm’s mission of innovation and positive impact
