- Will have experience building financial forecasts covering 3- 5 years based on yearly estimates, sales forecasts and objectives defined by the general management.
- Able to implement and improve procedures for managing and optimising financial information flows, guaranteeing their reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience of working within an accountancy function within a manufacturing environment is advantageous
- Negotiation skills
- Advanced computer skills with experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite of products in particular outstanding skills in Excel.
- Experience in managing SOX compliance and financial controls would be advantageous
