Our client prioritises fostering an inclusive culture that values diversity, while promoting a safe and supportive working environment.An Exciting OpportunityAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated Sales Advisor to join our client's Sales team within the Scotland West Division.The Role* Salary: £26,000 (Uncapped Commission, OTE £45,000+)* Hours: Thursday 10:00-19:00, Friday 10:00-17:00, Saturday & Sunday 11:00-17:00, Monday 10:00-17:00, Tuesday & Wednesday off.* Commission Structure: 0.2% on sale, 2% on in-home purchasesAs a Sales Advisor, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the site sales complex, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered throughout the customer journey. You will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets and efficiently progress reservations through to legal completion.Key Responsibilities* Maintain high presentation standards for the site and sales complex* Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is readily available for potential purchasers* Conduct tours of show homes, stock plots, and the site to demonstrate the product* Ensure all visitors and potential buyers are always accompanied, following Health and Safety policies* Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system* Liaise regularly with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisers* Organise home demonstrations with the Site Manager and oversee the company's handover policyExperience, Qualifications, and SkillsExperience:* Proven experience in a face-to-face sales environment is essential* Previous experience as a Sales Advisor within residential house building is requiredQualifications:* GCSE Maths and English - Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)Skills:* Strong negotiation and sales abilities* Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail* Exceptional communication and listening skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* IT proficient with the ability to adapt to new systems* A commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplaceWorking Conditions* Flexibility in day-to-day duties and working hours* Lone working may be required depending on the site* Ability to travel between various sales sites and divisional offices* Willingness to work weekends and bank holidays as requiredBenefits* Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission potential* Contributory pension scheme* 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays* Access to a benefits and discounts portal* ShareSave Scheme* Cycle to Work Scheme* Life assurance* Holiday Purchase Scheme* Opportunities for career development through the 'Earn and Learn' programmeIf you are an experienced Sales Advisor with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
