Temporary Ongoing Contract
Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are recruiting for our client, a manufacturing organisation based in West Lothian. We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to support on an ongoing temporary basis.
This is a fully site based role working Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm.
Responsibilities Include
- Use of ERP system to allocate labour and update system with finished orders
- Generate orders from ERP system
- Populate and manage spreadsheets with data from work orders
- Manage consumables for the warehouse
- Scan finished documents into electronic files
- Ensure all worksheets are available and populated
- Send staff shift reports to internal teams
Background Required
- Previous administration experience
- Confident IT skills including MS Word, Excel and ideally database/ERP/CRM systems
- Able to communicate clearly and follow instructions to complete tasks using own initiative
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
