The Role:As Quality Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement a robust quality management system that aligns with industry standards and client requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on quality matters to project teams, including project managers, site managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and drawings.
- Identify and address potential quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver quality-related training and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
- Maintain a comprehensive system for recording and reporting on quality performance.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure a consistent focus on quality throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For:
- A proven track record in quality management within the civil engineering industry, ideally with experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- A strong understanding of quality management systems and standards, including ISO 9001 and relevant industry-specific quality standards.
- Excellent knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and specifications relevant to civil engineering projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to quality management, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
