With over 50 years in business, this globally renowned company are experts in subsea and offshore grouting. They are now looking for a temporary Logistics Administrator starting in January 2025.
Position Overview
The Logistics Administrator is the supportive role, who will work with key contacts focusing on on/offshore equipment together with on/off hires as well as service records for each project.
They will also be tasked with the creation and embedding of equipment planners to track days on hire, costs, and supplier for each project. Supporting the Logistics Lead fully as directed and required.
Primary Responsibilities
- Liaise and communicate with all key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Work collectively within the team to achieve key targets to project specification.
- Collation and maintenance of service records.
- Organise hire equipment with preferred suppliers, together with raising, posting and issuing PO’s accordingly.
- Responsible for equipment tracking, inclusive of hire equipment together with collation of certificates for each project.
- Ensure health and safety is always adhered to along with safe housekeeping practices.Â
- Assist and participate with stock checks.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned i.e. paperwork collation, file management, covering leave periods etc.

- Microsoft IT packages.

Qualifications
- Forklift licence (desirable)
- IOSH Health & Safety course (desirable)
- Understanding of equipment compliance (desirable)
- Must have a full U.K. driving Licence.
