Transport Manager, Fleet Technician, HGV Technician, Workshop Engineer 

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Shift: Days Monday to Friday

Location: Scotland, Livingston, Edinburgh

Job Description:

Madisons Engineering are currently recruiting for an exciting position for one of our clients, the successful candidate has the opportunity to build and create their own team and workshop. A lot of flexibility with this position as the business is offering a company van with the option to be on the road or on site.
The successful engineer must be experienced working on fleet vehicles from small vans to large HGVs, with mechanical and electrical experience.
An experience mechanic working on fleet vehicles, buses or lorries is ideal.
You will be involved in setting up your own new workshop near Newbridge and be comfortable working off your own back without guidance and planning your own work.
The company are investing heavily into they're fast moving site and with this investment they also offer extra courses and qualifications to enhance their engineers. Exceptional training on all electrical or mechanical machinery. This is a permanent position which will offer career progression in the future.

Skills required for the Transport, HGV Technician:

• Engineer must have a qualification in mechanical engineering or HGV/transport.
• Maintenance Engineer to have experience with PPMs and Reactive Maintenance.
• Maintenance Engineer must have vehicle maintenance experience.
• Open to all Engineering backgrounds
• Electrical/Mechanical/Mechanic
