An opportunity for a Senior Surveyor to join a Large Offshore/ Onshore Survey Provider is now available based in Livingston. We are looking for an experienced Senior Surveyor who can manage resources required for Geomatics Projects. You will be working with a company who specialise in land surveying, 3D asset management solutions, dimensional control, laser scanning and more. This role will include travelling to local sites as well as sites across the UK and potentially offshore/ overseas sites.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Geomatics Project Manager in operational matters.
- Oversee Project execution and be responsible for field surveys etc.
- Use equipment such as Total Stations, Laser Scanners etc.
- Process information using AutoCAD, Leica, Trimble, LSS.
- Responsibility for Assistants and Surveyors.
- Develop and train Assistant Surveyors.
- Ensure all surveying equipment is maintained.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings.
Required:
- Degree or equivalent.
- Experience in Geospatial/Industrial Measurement industry.
- Experience using survey equipment and software.
- Able to work away from home and overseas when required.
Salary:
- Up to 51K
