Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our small and friendly team based in Livingston, whilst experience is a bonus, we are also looking for someone who has a hunger for learning and wishes to grow with us as a business.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Contacting customers, scheduling surveys and booking appointments.
  • Liaising with our client regarding surveys & appointments.
  • Opening, closing & recording permits.
  • Making up job packs.
  • General ad-hoc admin duties
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.

Previous experience in the industry would be desirable but not essential as full training and support will be given. An awareness or interest in Health & Safety would be of interest as the role will work alongside the SHEQ Adviser, and you will attend some site visits and client meetings.

Good communication skills and excellent time management skills

Hours of work are 8am-4pm Monday to Friday
