Your responsibilities will include:* Sourcing Talent: Identifying and recruiting the best candidates.* Coordinating with Teams: Collaborating with internal teams to understand event requirements and staffing needs.* Managing Applications: Reviewing resumes and conducting interviews to select top talent.* Ensuring Compliance: Making sure all recruits meet compliance standards and guidelines.* Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.
