Quantity Surveyor - Livingston- 35-45K

Glenelly Infrastructure solutions has an exciting opportunity for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our Power & Civils Distribution business based in Livingston. Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions has been awarded the framework for the maintenance and modernisation of existing underground LV network and new services for SPEN. While this particular framework will run approximately 5 years, we expect to be awarded more of these frameworks in the near- and long-term future. Role and Requirements: The Quantity Surveyor should have experience of:

: Building Bills of Quantities from project drawings

Ensure timely and accurate commercial reporting of the framework.

Generate and issue POs

Assess and process subcontract payments

Client invoicing

Work with the Project Manager to ensure the overall financial success of the framework.

Critical experience includes competence with SAP. Experience in civils / utilities projects or a history of working within frameworks and DNO projects would be of specific interest.
